Helping Children Heal Through Play

"Enter into children's play and you will find a place
where their minds, heart, and their souls meet."
- Virginia Axline

Welcome to Blossing Hearts Play Therapy

Play has been pivotal part of my life for 20 years. I have been working with children and families as a preschool practitioner and a childminder for 20 years. In 2022 I discovered Play therapy, I embarked on a magical journey of discovering the therapeutic power of play.

About Me

I qualified as a play therapist in April 2025. I trained with Academy of Play and Child Psychotherapy (APAC). I am registered with Play Therapy UK (PTUK) which is accredited by the Professional Standards Agency (PSA). I am committed to high standards of safe practice and professional conduct. I work within PTUK's ethical principles.

Throughout my career, I witnessed that, as well as being fun, play supports children's development and learning. Play can help children make sense of the world around them, understand themselves and others around them.

Qualifications - Leeds & Beckett University
